CONTEXTE | La France a promis 3 millions de pratiquants supplémentaires d'ici 2027. 20 mois après les JO, aucun outil ne permet de suivre cet objectif territoire par territoire. Le 93 est le département le plus sous doté d'Ile de France : dernier en licences (14.6% vs 21.4% IDF), dernier en équipements (15.7/10k vs 49.5 national). C'est aussi celui qui utilisait le plus le Pass'Sport (47 214 bénéficiaires), désormais coupé de 50%.
